Hello Christine, This is long overdue but I’ve been out with groups and leave again tomorrow. I wanted to say thank you for a wonderful event for our group of 150 persons. You did a great job keeping the food replenished and everything was delicious! Everyone had a great time and the feedback on the surveys was very positive. With 5.0 being perfect, the entire event with the catamaran scored 4.84, the highest of all the group events we did, so congratulations to you and Monica! We plan to bring future groups to Costa Rica and I would love the opportunity to work with you again in the future through our friends at Swiss Travel. I heard about the little dessert balls you made and didn’t have a chance to try one, so reason alone to return. Heard they were delicious. So thanks again, and all the best to you and your family. Thank you for the Wedding of my Dreams! 02/21/11

Christine, I just wanted to take some time out and really put in words how amazing our wedding was at your restaurant! The entire setting up and assistance your crew gave us was so helpful and attentive to all the crazy women running around! It turned out just beautiful, it was that rustic elegant fun setting that I was craving to create. The service and professionalism that was carried out from start to finish made it so easy for me and my family to sit back and enjoy and obviously Party Hard with no worries that any loose ends would be left behind ! Ok , now the food.... I love the restaurant to begin with but the buffet that was served was some of the best food we had on the entire trip, not to be a snob.. but I normally hate buffet's, but you guys nailed it! The flank steak was cooked to perfection, the mahi mahi was golden browned a moist... although I am a bit jealous ... all my guests can talk about is the Coconut shrimp appetizer that was walked around, WE never got ONE to sample ( due to taking photos) so I will have to ask you if Ale and I can come back one night and order this! The drinks were perfect and the staff was incredible I truly mean that, Christine they are so kind and courteous and professional they were like part of the family by the end of the night! Working with you and your team has been such a pleasure and I will recommend anyone to have an event or even better a wedding at your location! We have booked the Father Rooster for two years in a row. We brought in our top group (all automobile dealership owners) from the Four Seasons. We arrived with 160 people by sailboat, landed on the beach and had a filet mignon and lobster dinner. The atmosphere at the Father Rooster is perfect. The attendees walk up from the beach through the sand. THe Father Rooster guys set up a bunch of tiki torches to light the way (we came after sunset), greeted our guys with frozen drinks. The food was every bit as good as it was over at the Four Seasons. Our customers danced all night long. We had to leave some of them behind who wanted to stay late... Food, service were great. We worked with Swiss Travel who arranged the transportation, etc.
